How to find us

Ever since the age of 15, Renate Theissl's passion has been reconstructing true-to-scale replicas of bridges and industrial plants. In 1998 as a result the Austrian Bridge Building Museum was created . Apart from the exhibited models, the history of the original constructions is documented in the museum in the form of photos, written documents and plans. Outside, on the open exhibition ground, visitors can see original bridges, travelling cranes and travelling platforms, transferred here from their original sites.
